A little about myself. I've been in the real estate industry for 17yrs. now and I love it. There's nothing like helping make other peoples dreams & wishes come true when it comes to Real estate.
I get as excited selling a house now as from the 1st time I sold my 1st house. All the smiles on parents & their kids faces when there walking (kids running) lol, through my open houses. I'm sure some of the smiles are from the Dunkin Munchkin's I bring to my open houses. But needless to say, very rewarding!!
I also have a large inventory of bank owned foreclosure properties for the investors I work with that want to buy foreclosures at a wholesale price to fix them up to flip them or rent them out.
But whatever buyer category you fall into, being a 1st time home buyer or an investor, it will be a honor and a privilege t help you find what you are looking for, and will also try to have some fun doing it as well.
And with every house i sell, I always love to give back so whenever I sell a home I donate some of my profits to some churches and some animal rescues groups, because I've seen up close and personal what both of those groups do to help people and animals.
