I had seen one of Mrs. B’s listings a couple of years ago, but she wasn’t available at that time, so we never got to meet. When we needed a realtor this year, I remembered her. Something in me said to reach out, and my instinct pointed me in the right direction.

The market was difficult, and we were on a timeline. We needed to sell our home so we could use our VA loan for a new build we were buying. It was not a seller’s market, and the biggest challenge with our old house was parking. It was the very reason we wanted to move, but also the same reason buyers were hesitant.

Mrs. B was incredibly patient and dedicated. She held open houses several times a week, even when there were days no one showed up. I often told her she didn’t need to, but she insisted. Despite the challenges, she never gave up. In the end, everything came together at the perfect time.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mrs. B. She helped us find our first home and made sure that we got the best deal possible. When we fell in love with our dream home and then heard the seller had just accepted another offer we were so deflated, but Mrs. B had the foresight to propose that we submit a backup offer just in case. What we like her the most also is she will fight for it as much as she can. She was amazing to work with and always available to answer questions 24/7 and always willing to do extra paperwork to be able to help us find the right mortgage company and better interest rate. There aren’t enough words to describe how AMAZING Mrs B is! She truly is the BEST realtor you will ever find. Not only is she kind and compassionate as a person, but a total badass realtor as well!

My husband and I are first time home owners. Since we didn’t know much about buying homes, we had a lot nervousness and fears. Mrs B is heaven sent! She answered all our questions and clarified anything we asked. She cleared up any worries we had about home buying. We also had a certain budget and Mrs B was very respectful with that. She never forced any homes that were over the budget or anything she knew wouldn’t be in our price range. She puts her clients first and always keeps their best interest in mind. She will work nonstop to find you your perfect home! We almost gave up searching for a home because we thought not fit in our budget in the areas we liked and felt safe in, but Mrs B never gave up. She found us the perfect starter home for us!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with buying homes. Mrs B is the only realtor you need to know!

If I could put a thousand stars here, I would! Mrs. B is such a wonderful person. She quickly gained our trust and she did not disappoint. As a real estate noob, I had no idea what I was doing. One word- AMAZING. We met her in mid-February, and by the second week of March, we have closed on a property we thought was too far out of our reach. Mrs. B is a persevering real estate machine who will do everything within her capacity to help a buyer/seller achieve their goals. Despite the impossible demands this brutal real estate climate has placed on her, she made herself available to us as much as we needed her and accommodated our endless questions and concerns. She literally ran with us to a house tour the first chance we get, be it very early in the morning or in the darkness of the night. I saw Mrs.B one early morning already out and about, looking professional for a meeting. Then again, another day, she was in casual wear, like ready for errands. I got the chance to greet her and have a small talk with her. She shared that whenever she conducts open house or property-showings, she wanted to be hands-on with preparation and she makes sure that the place is ready and clean. She is the type of Real Estate agent, who will carry materials or equipment by herself, like a heavy signage without complain and will wear rain boots-on for a viewing in a construction site.
