About Bernard

Bernard Marshall was born and raised in modest southern Indiana. He grew up in a prominent family of developers and entrepreneurs, where his interest for business and real estate formed at a young age. He studied marketing and distribution management at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis on a soccer scholarship where he played on the Division 1 Men's Soccer Team. He contributes his success on the team to his devotion and strong discipline.

Despite numerous opportunities post college within his field of study, Bernard was recruited to move to Miami to peruse a modeling career with Wilhelmina Models. His success in the industry resulted in him traveling the world and participating in several fashion shows in Europe. There, he developed a love for architecture and was exposed to the finer things in life which inspired him to consider working in real estate down the road.

Upon returning to the States, Bernard started to put his business skills to use by getting into the Promotions and Nightlife Industry. At this point, both his modeling career and promotions connections led him to NYC, where he expanded his experience by signing with Fusion Model Management and working with the well-known Pulp Marketing Group. Shortly after, Bernard opened his own company, Bsquared Events, which developed into a High-End Lifestyle Marketing, Event Planning and Promotions Label. Through that Industry, Bernard learned how to truly cater to a client, which now transitions beautifully into the demanding world of real estate.

All of Bernard's experiences, connections, and steady 10 years of living in the city have cumulated into a strong start in real estate. His work ethic, persistence, knowledge and people skills are all reasons to why many anticipate his success to be inevitable.
