Bernice is a professional realtor who excels in taking care of her clients. Bernice supported us in selling our home and purchasing a new build.

She is always responsive, attentive and truly does put our interests first. She is well respected and versed on the process, rules and regulations of real estate.

She battled to get us in our new home. The builders “agent” was horrible to deal with. She tried to bully us to walk away from the deal, missed multiple meetings & site walkthroughs, rarely communicated and was unprofessional when we were finally able to engage. Bernice was able to navigate the mess, protect us and hopefully will get us closed soon.

Bernice takes time out of her life to get to know us and has become a friend. We are grateful for her and highly recommend!
