We closed on our dream home in Arroyo Grande on 3/29/22 and Bernie was the best to work with! We had an unusual circumstance with the title come up during escrow and Bernie was very communicative and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She also coordinated and scheduled inspections, fumigation, and cleaners for us so that we were able to focus on moving. If you’re looking to buy or sell we highly recommend working with Bernie!

Best Realtor EVER! Bernie always makes you feel like you are her only client. Always looks at all situations calmly and professionally. I don't know how she does it, but she always manages to make herself available, even in last minute, down to the wire changes. Bernie is great real estate agent, she helped me get my property ready to sell, she helped me find a contractor who did some repairs on my rental property before we put it on the market. She went above and beyond as my agent selling my property. She helped me find another property. I will be using her again when it's time to sell my property, because of Bernie and her emails regarding the housing market I will know when it's time to sell my rental property.
