Bert’s Background

Bert has been a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and has held his Real Estate Broker’s license for over 20 years. Bert started Midwest Real Estate Appraisal Services in 2003 and with continued hard work and personal service has built a successful business and understands all aspects of the real estate industry. He has appraised and well educated in all types of commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties covering areas from southern Missouri to as far north as the Iowa Border. His true passion and specialty has always been for recreational and agricultural land. By joining Trophy Properties & Auctions, he wants to share this knowledge and passion with his clients during the buying/selling process.

Bert was raised in Jefferson County, Missouri and has lived in Warren County, Missouri for over 23 years. Bert has been married to his wife Michelle for more than 26 years, and they have been blessed with three boys, Tristan, Tucker, and Turner. Bert and his family have enjoyed traveling across the country to many of the beautiful National and state parks that are in the U.S as well as Canada. Bert and his family enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping and have a great appreciation and passion for the outdoors.
