Growing up in Corpus Christi and watching her mother excel in selling homes for a builder, Bertina was fascinated with the process. Going to open houses was simply a way of life. She began a “love affair” with homes and property, being able to be a part of making dreams a reality for her own family as well as her clients, the affair continues.

Working in the title industry for 20 years, she became familiar with the necessary documents to bring a deal to the closing table.
