About Beth

With over two decades of experience in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton real estate markets, I have guided countless clients through every phase of their homeownership journey. I currently lead The Cornerstone Home Group, offering home sellers and buyers access to industry-leading resources provided by top agents and eXp Realty. I aim to ensure every client receives a 5-Star experience, from first-time homebuyers to families downsizing later in life. My dedicated team and I work collaboratively to make this promise a reality.
Before launching my real estate career, I spent 10 years as a paralegal in the Cincinnati area, specializing in litigation support, including divorce and probate/estates. This experience sharpened my negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex transactions, which I bring to every real estate deal.
Growing up as a farm girl, I developed a lifelong passion for agricultural and equestrian properties. That love continues today, as I continue serving clients looking to buy or sell farms, land, and horse properties. My dedication to the agricultural community has also been passed down to my daughter, who competes at an elite level in the Hunter/Jumper community and has been deeply involved in 4-H. I proudly support local 4-H students at county fairs and remain an advocate for the agricultural community.
I hold a degree from Ohio Northern University and a graduate certification from The Philadelphia Institute in Litigation Management. In addition to my thriving real estate business, I enjoy giving back to the profession by teaching and mentoring aspiring real estate agents as an instructor with one of Ohio’s top real estate education organizations and as a Mentor for eXp Realty.
