In her two decades of serving clients, Beth has witnessed the regional real estate market fluctuate dramatically; it is given her a keen sense for aligning the long-term goals of her clients with the opportunities of the market.

Along with her love for the Puget Sound, Beth has a deep knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods, Eastside cities, island locales and more. She enjoys gardening, cooking a delicious meal, sharing a favorite recipe, and spending time around a big table of friends. Beth is active in the community — especially pet rescue — and frequently holds drives with her clients to collect for her favorite shelter, Emerald City Pet Rescue.
