I simply can't say enough great things about Beth. The circumstances in which we had to sell under were difficult to say the least. Our situation required special handling and Beth was there with us the entire time. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. She got us the price we were hoping for and really took care of us. I don't think there was ever a time when I didn't see her smile. She was always full of energy and positivity. She will always be our relator!

Having put my townhouse up for sale at a time when interest rates were rising and when the market might not be in my favor, I knew it would be important to find the right realtor. I had searched for someone who lived and worked in Hollister and who was acquainted with my neighborhood. I found Beth Carbone and was so happy that my search ended with her. She encouraged me to ask the price I wanted, even though I did not dream it would sell for that price. Not only did it sell for the asking price, she had an offer within two days of listing and a contract the next day. The buyer was very particular and Beth put in some extra time searching with me for information to provide him. We stayed the course and closed in 21 days!

Beth did a fantastic job helping us sell a family home in Hollister. I had never been through the "seller" experience before and she made it quite easy, guiding me/us at every step along the way. She recommended good staging ideas, handled a few issues with the title company as they arose, coordinated repair people as needed, and volunteered to do a few tasks for us as we would have had to drive 30 miles to take care of them ourself. She expertly priced the house and it successfully sold it in under 10 days for a very good and reasonable price. Very pleased and would recommend Beth as your realtor any time. I was buying a home and relocating, and Beth was the selling agent. She has been a great resource and support since the start of my journey as a first time homeowner, and continues to answer my endless list of questions.
She navigated the showing, etc. to accommodate the fact I was coming from out of town, and has been the go between for the prior homeowners with matters such as mail that didn’t get forwarded. She handled everything on her end of the sale efficiently and professionally.
I did not have a good experience with my agent, and because I moved from out of the area, Beth stepped up and has helped me tremendously with referrals, questions about processes, the home, even going so far as to come and give me some input when I began remodeling my kitchen. She’s been my cheerleader while I’ve been in this process and wondering what the heck I got myself into. She has been my “go to” in my new community and I am so grateful for her.
I find her to be professional, knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, efficient, and I could go on and on! When I have another real estate transaction, there’s no doubt she will be my agent.

Our biggest concern was buying a house in this competitive market and we didn’t know where to start.  As first time home buyers, we had tried working with other people but no one was as professional and caring as Beth was with our family. She is very caring, passionate about what she does, patient and knowledgeable in everything. Beth directed us toward a lender to get us approved, after being rejected by another and loosing all hope. She then started sending us homes to view and was with us every step of the way.
