Beth is truly the best of the best. 3 years ago she helped us buy our first home on Palatine. She is so knowledgeable, hardworking and truly made the process so easy. Today we just sold that home(due to work relocation). When we were first putting it up for sale, she told us it would go quick. She was right! We had an at-price offer after the first showing. Beth is absolutely amazing. I’ve had realtors before and felt it wasn’t worth it but with Beth it’s full service. Most realtors list and you don’t hear anything until an offer. Beth communicates during the whole process. She helped stage, had a cleaner come in, and even was ready with lenders, lawyers, and movers. During and after the close she reached out to see if there was anything we needed. I can honestly say I don’t think we could have chosen better.

I had done a FB search and found that Beth had the most positive reviews of any realtor on the 'Everything Elk Grove' page. Before we were ready to sell my parents home, I had Beth out to my home for her opinion on where we could best put our money before we are ready to retire. When I mentioned this to my mom, she said that Beth had sold her neighbor's house and that the neighbor was very happy with her. My parents made the decision to sell and had a couple of people mention selling by owner. I thought this would be too stressful for them! Mom decided to call Beth. Beth was very kind and patient with my mom and explained every detail of the process. She had a clean out guy come to the house, give a quote, and we used those services to do the final emptying and cleaning of the property. Beth even came to the house when my mom had an issue when someone was taking some of her furniture! I received notifications of every viewing. Beth also sent any reviews of the property so we knew what people were thinking. Beth had two open houses and when someone contacted her, she mentioned my parents house. They took a look and ended up putting in a cash offer. Beth would have been willing to do anything that I didn't have the time to do- like go to the Village. I would say she is an extremely hard worker and is willing to go above and beyone! Right after Labor Day, the house went on the market and by the middle of October, we closed. It was a great experience.

Beth Kaim is a true professional who also happens to enjoy work in service to others. As a realtor she knew how to approach every step of the sale of our home and kept us abreast of what to expect or any potential problems we should avoid. Beth didn't stop helping us after the marketing and sale of our home, she also helped us downsize from our two-story colonial home to a two bedroom town home. She gave us her contacts with a choice of companies who hold moving sales to aid in downsizing and then helped plan the move out of our family home. She doesn’t let many disappointments get in her way; rather, she tries to figure out a positive solution as soon as possible. In fact, your goals become her goals when she takes you on as clients, and we can honestly say that we never felt that our house sale was just a business deal with Beth. We shared with Beth our retirement goal which involved selling our family home of almost 30 years so that we could move closer to our children and grandchildren.
