Beth was with us every step of our house selling process. She regularly kept in touch to ensure we had no problems with the preparations for the sale and shrewdly advised us on the negotiations after an offer was made. Her efforts led to successful offer being made on the first day the house was on the market for a price that was greater than we anticipated.

Working with Beth was amazing, and we would work with her again in a heartbeat. She was professional, responsive and went out of her way to help us gather the last of our belongings from our home. Some agents get preoccupied with the next sale or listing, but Beth always was there if we needed anything, and we know she was busy. We would highly recommend her to anyone!
