After a lifetime in Massachusetts, I decided to move to South Carolina, and I'm so glad I connected with Beth during the process. From our first conversation, it was clear I'd made the right choice!

Beth took the time to really get to know me, asking thoughtful questions and keeping me focused. She was incredibly responsive, replying to calls and texts within minutes, making me feel like her only client. Her patience was immeasurable, and she went above and beyond in every detail!

I gave Beth a list of communities I wanted to visit, and she previewed all six before I even arrived in South Carolina. She provided a summary of each and dedicated two FULL days to driving me around the South Strand! Beth is genuine, down-to-earth, and focused on helping her clients in every way possible.

We've become friends through this process, and I'm very grateful for that. I've already recommended her to many of my friends!

Beth is Fantastic !! I needed to sell my home within 90 days. Beth went to work on day one. She analyzed the market and the value of my home. We set a fair and reasonable price then she did her magic. Great photos of my home and many open houses. Final result, SOLD ! There were as many as 7 homes for sale in my community and mine was the only one sold. If you want someone that takes her clients seriously, works tirelessly, knows the market and gets the job done then Beth is the one for you.
