Welcome to my website. I have a wide range of accumulated experience from a career in sales,marketing, and business development. This includes over 30 years of practice in real estate sales, development, and brokerage management. Prior to joining Watson Realty Corp. I specialized in new construction sales at local developments and owned my own real estate company. I joined Watson Realty Corp. in 2010 as a Broker Associate , became managing Broker in June of 2014. Our St. Augustine Beach office has the top agents, technology and training in the area . Selling real estate in St. Johns County and surrounding areas is my passion . St. Augustine has been my home since 1986 when I moved here after graduating from Auburn University. I have raised my family here and love the communtiy, top ranked schools ,and beautiful beaches. St.Johns County offers a quality of life that is hard to match. In fact, St.Augustine was ranked in the top 10 cities to live in the United States. The St.John's County schools were ranked number one in the State of Florida for the past nine years in a row.
