If you are looking for a realtor who will get the deal done in this Sellers market, look no further! Beth, was nothing less than amazing through the process of listing and selling our home. Prior to listing our home, I met with Beth where she provided us with recommendations to get the home under contract immediately. If you follow her recommendations, you will see the results!! She helped us navigate the selling process, and guided us every step of the way. Ultimately, we had multiple offers above asking price, one cash offer that she was able to negotiate a higher selling price. We accepted that offer and the rest is history. Lets just start here by saying Beth found me literally the PERFECT home. Price, location, and everything about the home is just perfect.
