Beth is simply an amazing realtor. She's personable, responsive, and patient. What I really loved about working with Beth was her enthusiasm and openness in searching for and visiting properties along with me. I felt like I had a partner to support me during the process. Beth would share her opinion on whether a property was a good fit or not and jumped to prepare and send in offers whenever requested. She took over the home inspection appointment for me while I was out of town and kept me udpated with all the steps even into Thanksgiving. She's a true gem. I would work with her again. I highly recommend Beth.

Beth is so professional and hard working! She helped me sell my house this past fall and I am so glad I found her! She made the whole process simple and painless. She was able to get me 5 wonderful offers within the first week of putting my house on the market. My house sold for $80K over asking price! I was so shocked and pleased. Beth is such an expert and knew exactly what I needed to do to prep my house. I will never work with any other agent then Beth Towles!!

Beth was fantastic. I first contacted her because she's a HUD-approved agent and I was working on purchasing a HUD home. Beth was incredibly helpful and patient through a long and frustrating process. She advocated for me with HUD, helped me find contractors for my renovation, and went above and beyond to ensure that things worked out for me as well as was possible. She was extraordinarily kind and helpful through this entire process. As a first-time homebuyer, I freaked out more than a couple times and she helped me feel more comfortable every step of the way. I couldn't recommend her more highly and am so grateful for all of her help.
