As a native Montgomery Countian, she also has deep roots stretching from Montgomery County to Virginia and DC. Along with her five still-local siblings, she was born and raised in Montgomery County, graduating from St. Catherine's Laboure Grade School and the Academy of the Holy Cross High School before attending Montgomery College to earn her Real Estate Licensure. Beth has furthered her knowledge and expertise by taking an additional 300 credits of specialized training, including the At Home with Diversity certification. She has an intimate knowledge of the Millennial generation (the largest group of home buyers), extensive experience with various types of loans (VA, FHA, Conventional, 203K), various types of transactions (Cash, REO, Short Sales & Investment Properties), as well as handling commercial leases for both businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Beth now lives in Derwood, Maryland, with her husband Mike, their adorable eight-year-old son Jeffrey, and two cats (Godzilla & King Kong). She enjoys spending time with the large numbers of her extended family throughout the DMV region, cooking, trying new cultural experiences, and bargain hunting – which she uses to follow in her parents charitable-minded approach to life. Finally, adding to her vast knowledge of local businesses, Beth enjoys a Thursday night tradition of trying out all the local hotspots.
