About Beth
Beth Wilson moved to Seneca with her family in 2003 from the Pinehurst area of North Carolina. Her husband was transferred by a textile company to be the general manager for a plant in North Georgia. Attracted to Oconee County by the excellent school system and beautiful scenery, they settled into a home at Lake Keowee. For her and her family it was paradise found.
Oconee county has been the perfect place the raise a healthy and active family. The clear emerald green waters of Keowee, the multiple sparkling waterfalls and hiking trails, and the raging whitewater rafting have provided many adventures. Beth and her family enjoy power boating, wake boarding, sailing, kayaking, hiking, and camping just to name a few activities. She feels blessed to live in this area.
Beth’s son and daughter were welcomed into Keowee Elementary where they made lifelong friends and continued their interest in scouting. Beth’s son is an Eagle Scout. Her daughter is a Gold award recipient. Both played varsity soccer. Her son is a Palmetto Fellow and Army ROTC scholarship recipient at Clemson, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Her daughter is a Life scholar at Wofford College, majoring in Biology. Beth is very proud of them and credits Walhalla High for their excellent academic preparation.
Beth obtained her real estate license in 2006 as a compliment to her husband’s builder’s license. She further broadened her real estate education by earning the designation of an Accredited Buyers Representative. Dedication, persistence, and attention to detail have been the keys to her success.
Beth holds degrees from both Converse College in International Studies and Furman University in Accounting. She credits both of these fine institutions for preparing her for the varied demands of the real estate profession.
Whether buying a first home or a retirement home, Beth knows how important the purchase is to her clients. Finding the perfect match is key. There is nothing better than to enter a property and get the “this is it… I am at home” feeling
