An acute understanding of the Northern Virginia lifestyle and broad world view has given Bethany the ability to adapt and relate to a diverse group of clients during her career in real estate. Bethany’s passion for real estate developed as she and her family moved around the country with her husband serving in the Navy. She continues using her passion to help people fulfill their dreams of changing their living situation.
With guidance, patience and persistence, Bethany is able to consistently meet her clients’ needs. Her clients remain her top priority and she offers a high level of professionalism, while navigating every step of the buying or selling process. For buyers, this includes meeting with and educating the clients, providing recommendations for everything from lenders to home inspectors, helping them search for their new home, submitting a strong offer, and then negotiating the deal and working through to a successful closing.
For sellers, this includes meeting with the clients and making recommendations to prepare their home to sell, scheduling professional photos and video, listing their home in Multiple Listing Service, coordinating showings, presenting all offers, and then helping sellers navigate the many steps once the home is under contract to ensure a smooth settlement.
Bethany’s clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of the Northern Virginia area having lived here since 2007, her experiences moving around the country as a Navy spouse since 1998, and the extensive training that she has received having been a licensed Virginia real estate professional since 2013. In addition, she has surrounded herself with skilled mortgage lenders, experienced settlement companies, and an outstanding brokerage in order to make sure every client’s need is satisfied. Bethany has also developed a large list of local resources to help with everything from finding an electrician to recommendations for delicious local restaurants.
When Bethany is not working for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and her daughter’s horse. She also loves to read, garden, and watch home shows on TV. She loves traveling as well as exploring the local area.
