A little about me: I'm a Navy wife and mom of three who fell in love with Fredericksburg before we ever lived here. In 2022, we finally made the move, and it was the best decision we ever made. Now I get to help other people do the same thing, and honestly? I can't imagine a better job.
My passion is helping renters become first-time homeowners and other families relocating to the region. I spent a lot of time in property management, which means I've seen the rental cycle up close, and I know exactly what's holding most renters back from making that leap. Spoiler: it's usually not what they think. I love sitting across from someone who thought homeownership was out of reach and showing them a real, honest path forward.
I also specialize in military relocation. As a Navy wife, I know the PCS life; the short timelines, the VA loan questions, the pressure of finding a home quickly in a place you've never lived. I speak that language from personal experience, and I don't take that trust lightly.
