Bethnie and Jeff were the perfect realtors to help me sell my home. They were down to earth, professional and caring. They helped a (former) coworker sell and buy and came highly recommended already. I had to sell quickly as I was moving out of state and starting a new job and they made it happen! They took care of things even after I was out of the state and I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The prospect of selling your home is an exciting and can also be an emotional time. Sometimes you are leaving a piece of your heart behind in that home. Bethnie and Jeff have helped me through that process twice now, as well as the purchase of one of the homes. I always felt the care and support from Bethnie and Jeff to get through all the decisions and steps. And have always come through the sale or purchase feeling that it was a win. I am ever so grateful for the high level of integrity, knowledge, sense of service and the diligence that Bethnie and Jeff provide consistently. Most of all, I feel so lucky to have their friendship. Selling our family home of 23 years was an emotional experience, but we couldn't be more pleased with our interactions with Bethnie and her team. She was able to communicate promptly and clearly to the buyer's agent while supporting us through this life event. She was knowledgeable and quick with her communications with us. Bethnie has such a wealth of knowledge about northwestern Washington. We had a long process finding our new home and she was able to uncover and share so much history on each place we were interested in. Bethnie made sure we had as much information as possible when it came to making an offer and that helped us get our expectations in line throughout the offer and negotiation phases. When it came to speed, Bethnie was available and quick to respond almost around the clock. My wife and I feel that there's nothing more we could have asked for in a realtor.

Bethnie and her husband Jeff did an exemplary job of helping us prepare, stage, and show our home of 38 years. We had acreage and out-buildings, so it was more than just a house to deal with. Their knowledge of the Whatcom County and Bellingham area, based on a lifetime of experience here, gives them a strong advantage in helping to match sellers and buyers. They made practical recommendations on what to upgrade in prep for the listing, and helped us sort out what was and was not needed in the way of improvements. Both Bethnie and Jeff have the ideal temperament for this work - pragmatic and calm throughout the emotional roller coaster that letting go of a long-term home can be! The photographer they work with made our house look like a million bucks! Oh, and by the way it sold for over that amount in one week! Highly recommended

Bethnie and her husband Jeff worked with my husband and I for 8 months while we were searching for a home in Bellingham. As first time home buyers shopping for a home during a pandemic with house prices rising seemingly every week, this was no easy task. Add to that the fact that my husband and I were searching for a home from out of state, and it seemed nearly impossible. Yet throughout the entirety of the search, Bethnie never abandoned us and spent many MANY hours looking at houses, submitting offers, and equipping herself with new skills to compete in this crazy market on our behalf. Bethnie patiently answered an endless slew of questions from my husband and I about anything and everything related to home buying, Bellingham, house maintenance, and so much more. We would have been completely lost without her and Jeff's assistance.

When we finally found our home, it was still a very complex deal with a lot of variables in action up to the very end. Rather than toss in the towel, which my husband and I were tempted to do after a rather bleak inspection report, Bethnie assisted us in fruitful negotiations resulting in home ownership! In the roller coaster of buying a home, having Bethnie and Jeff on our side eased our minds, reduced our stress, and taught us so much. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent to represent you, there are no better hands you could be in. Highly, highly recommend.

When my husband and I wanted to purchase our first home we met with Bethnie and knew she was who we wanted to work with. Not only has she worked tirelessly for us and has been over the years but we always felt like we were her only clients.

Bethnie helped us purchase our first home back in 2017 and would take our calls over the years whenever we had remodel questions. When we decided we wanted to sell our home and move out of state she (and her husband Jeff) worked so hard for us. Once we listed our home sold within 5 days! We had a deadline to be in our new city and Bethnie helped with a dump run and getting the house cleaned for the new owners. She vetted the loan officer and the agent to make sure it everyone would be a good fit and stay on schedule. We closed on time.

Words cannot express our love and gratitude for Bethnie. She went above and beyond for us.

I also thought she made the transaction very easy and as stress free as it could be. She is very good at reaching out and finding buyers. My wife and I just purchased a home using Bethnie Morrison as our agent. I would highly recommend Bethnie to friends, family, or Facebook for buying or selling a home.

I can be a “picky” and my disposition did not slow down or dissipate Bethnie’s sunny disposition or belief that things were going to turn out great.

It did not matter if it was 7AM or 6PM, if there was a house we were interested in looking at, Bethnie was there with a ride or die attitude.

Her long time residence in Whatcom County also helped in knowing the ins and outs of buying a home in the local area. She has worked or dealt with a great majority of the people in the real estate or local banking, so she has the local knowledge that I feel makes a big difference in relieving some of the home buying stress.

We found a great home and were able to close in record time. My wife and I are incredibly happy with how things turned out.

Once again - Bethnie good, use her.

Bethnie provided outstanding home buying service for myself and my family! We were looking for a vacation home, but were not really sure what we wanted when we started 2 years ago, and in no hurry. She notified us as soon as a new home came into the market. She also helped us get a feel for what might be possible in a house to meet our criteria, and never got frustrated that we were waiting for our "dream vacation home" to appear. I hadn't bought a home in 30 years, so when it did, she provided expertise and guidance on the changes as well as the local home buying process.
