Beverly made our last minute relocation to another state as smooth as possible. She is straight forward with the stats of the market, our comps and relocation information. She answered questions within the day and made us feel top priority. She was on top of all deadlines and paperwork needed for the next step. She went above and beyond to even help find a cleaning service last minute when the movers packed all of our cleaning supplies. She is a true blessing to the profession.

Beverly made me feel very comfortable during the whole selling process and made my part very easy. She was there to take care of the house when needed (I moved out of town while the house was on the market) and offered excellent recommendations for repair work and cleaning. She takes pride in recommending her clients to the best people and when one of her recommendations didn’t live up to her expectations she took it very seriously. She also takes care of things in a timely manner and offers good advice. I would recommend Beverly and hire her again.

Phenomenal!! My husband and I found the neighborhood of our dreams and Bev got us into a house that is absolutely perfect for us for an amazing price! As if that wasn’t enough, she turned around and sold our home for the price we wanted. She is a shark! You need Bev on your side when it comes to real estate! I had no idea how valuable it would be to have MY OWN agent for a new home purchase! It didn’t cost me anything and Beverly looked out for me every step of the way. Make sure she goes with you on your FIRST visit to the models so she can help you too! She was able to get me thousands of dollars from the seller that I otherwise wouldnt have received. She explained the process, followed up, and asked important questions I would not have known to ask. She made sure we chose the best lot and made good decisions on options and upgrades for resale. Her experience and patience made our first home purchase exciting and stress free! Beverly went above and beyond, always delivering more than promised. We lived out of state and she checked on the home for months while it was being built. She pointed out items that should be corrected, and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. We received photos, videos and notes from each visit she made to the property. She was able to negotiate a significant discount on our lot premium as well. She assisted us with our pool design after closing and answered our questions about the potential resale value of changes and upgrades we were considering. I felt 100% confident in her abilities and knew she was always looking out for our best interests. The most important thing she did, was really listen to our needs and provide advice, even if it was advice she knew we didn’t want to hear. She is honest, hard working and experienced!
