Bev Hobbs Shea is a seasoned real estate professional whose experience includes residential sales and leasing, subdivision development, condominium conversions, residential brokerage and management, light commercial and special projects. She currently offers traditional, non-traditional, and consultative services to both clients and the real estate industry. Her focus includes troubleshooting, conflict resolution, teaching/workshops/training, as well as facilitating discussions among real estate practitioners throughout the state. Additionally, Beverly considers herself both a resource and connector, as she is frequently tapped by investors and clients to put together and/or participate in custom projects.
