For over a decade I've worked tirelessly to help families, investors and 'first timers' who are ready to buy or sell.

I offer property management services (Framework Management) that eliminate the daily chores that come with rental property. One of the rewards is helping people build real estate wealth by guiding them through the detailed process of purchasing a starter home (for example) and eventually converting it into an income producing investment.

Having studied art and design at UT Austin and UT Arlington, it's great to share this talent with clients who want to increase their home's marketability with practical staging, focusing on trending design and furniture & accessory placement.

On a personal note, I head home in the evening to the country life on 16 acres near Brock, TX., shared with my husband, Fred, and assorted dogs, cats, and horses. We have 2 'grown' children and 6 grandchildren that keep us laughing.

Spare time (when there is any) is spent feeding the birds in my garden and tending the stray cats that live at the Jack n the Box!
