Beverly Spillyards is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas and she has lived in Southlake for 20 years watching the area grow! Her son is a graduate of Southlake Carroll schools and a recent graduate of Austin College. They have a dog and 2 cats, and she is also kid friendly! She has had her real estate license for over 20 years and is still constantly learning something new!

Her specialty is servicing top and mid-level executives whose families are moving into and out of the DFW area.
