Beverly is a personable and professional realtor, and just a great person all around. Her attention to detail is incredible. She stayed on top of the process of selling our home, contacting and supervising the pros needed, and provided great advice throughout of the overall process, making it so much easier. The house sold in 4 days, and this was before the big seller's market boom. Her experience shows and she really knows the realty world! I highly recommend her!
I'll also add that well after this sell, she has provided us with advice and help with other properties, and always sends birthday cards, calenders, recipes, etc. Nice touch.
She spoiled us for sure, and I realized this the more I dealt with other realtors that would only do the absolute minimum, never going beyond listing and a showing or 2. I would ask for their additional oversight since I couldn't always be there, expecting them to be as diligent as Beverly, and they would be surprised and say "I don't have the time or resources".
So give Beverly a call, I feel sure you'll be equally as impressed.

Beverly was AMAZING! From the start she was patient and listened to the concerns we had. This was an emotional sale because it was my parents home. Beverly came to my home and we talked about what the experience would look like and she was very understanding and compassionate. Beverly is a wonderful person to work with. She is very personable, and communicates very efficiently and effectively. She is also very dependable. She does a great job helping her clients learn the process steps in buying a home, and is always happy to take the time to explain everything. If she is not available, she will at least follow up with you via text. Then she will let you know when she will be available to chat unlike some other real estate agents or brokers that I have dealt with in the past. I cannot say enough good things about Beverly St George!! She is so knowledgeable, diligent, and a pleasure to work with. She assisted me in the purchase of my first home in 2017, and just recently assisted in the listing and sale of that same house. She was able to work around our tenants schedules, and sell our home within 2 days of listing for 15k over asking!! This a little challenging, so it was that much more important to have an experienced knowledgeable agent like Beverly. I worked with her and another partner real estate agent. Beverly St George is a ROCK STAR REALTOR!!! I’ve bought and sold several homes and until my recent experience using Beverly as a dual agent I didn’t know what concierge service was with a realtor! If you are looking to sell, follow her recommendations and your home will sell in no time! From our first meeting, to the sell of our existing home, to the purchase of our new home took exactly 7 weeks and 3 of those weeks were us getting our home ready for market per Beverly’s recommendations. It took a little effort on our part, but the payoff was amazing! We received several offers and accepted one significantly over asking. We couldn’t have done that nor found a new home so quickly without Beverly’s guidance, knowledge and experience. Trust me, give Beverly a call…You won’t regret it!!!
