My wife Patsy & I are both natives of Central Florida. We know and love this part of the State. We each have been Licensed Real Estate professionals for 30+ years and have spent nearly all of those years here in beautiful Lake County. We enjoy a relaxed lifestyle here, with many lakes and recreation options and all located just minutes from Orlando and the attractions. As successful Real Estate Consultants we have survived up markets and down many times. We have seen 18% mortgage rates and seen homes go under contract within hours of Listing. This experience has given us the skills to guide our customers, Buyers and Sellers, through the ever changing and challenging demands in this industry. Patsy has a background in the legal field doing closings and title work as well as working with the elderly. I have a history in sales and marketing as well as being a past president of the My Florida Regional MLS and serving on the Board and Committees of the Realtor Association of Lake and Sumter Counties. We live in and love Mount Dora, and the surrounding communities. Our specialties are in Residential, Lakefront, Vacant Land and Professional Office, properties.
