Bill's real estate career started in Old City Philadelphia in 2009, and he currently serves both PA and New Jersey as a licensed Realtor. In 2018 Bill became one of the founding members at Compass Philly along with the Home Collective team. With a background in technology, Bill utilizes all of Compass' tech platform to help buyers find their dream home, while also helping sellers best market their homes to achieve top dollar. He has sold homes all over the city, and enjoys helping friends reach their real estate goals. His main objective for each client is to provide excellent service from the initial consultation to the settlement table. Referrals are the staple of his business, and he treats each client like family. 'We are in it together until we achieve your real estate goals' Bill likes to say.
Recently relocating his family to Cinnaminson New Jersey, Bill is excited to meet and work with residents in the area. Bill is married to his wife Sheena who is also a realtor at Compass, and a member of the Home Collective team. They have a 2 year old son, and 2 rescue dogs that keep them on the go! During his downtime he enjoys playing golf, watching the Phillies & Eagles games, or meeting up with friends for drinks.
Bill has been a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors since 2009, and the New Jersey Association of Realtors NEXUS.
