Bill Birrane

Bill Birrane began his real estate career in 2006 as the market was declining and the housing bubble was about to burst. Bill quickly learned the necessary skills to become a successful Realtor at a tumultuous time when many were leaving the business. Bill has been fortunate to grow his business year over year by making every single buyer and seller his number one top priority. Bill stays a step ahead with effective communication and attention to detail to ensure his clients are prepared for every step in the buying and selling process. Bill joined Cummings & Co. in 2015 and appreciates the forward thinking and professional atmosphere which allows him to best service his clients.

Bill is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University and Mount Saint Joseph High School. Originally from Catonsville, Bill has resided in the Canton neighborhood since 2002. Bill specializes in Baltimore City as well as the surrounding counties. Bill is an avid Baltimore Orioles fan and enjoys following them to other cities. He also enjoys running having completed three marathons and traveling cross country.
