Bill has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 1974 and has specifically worked on the brokerage and property management side since 1976. In March 2000 he founded JWB Realty Services, LLC where he has been serving as President; overseeing the day to day operations as well as being active in the deal transaction side of the business. Bill's philosophy of taking care of his clients remains his principle tenant of business as well as giving back to the community through the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS.

He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS and has been a Member of the Million Dollar Club for 43 consecutive years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), He also serves as Trustee Emeritus of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Education Foundation, and on the Board of the Spruill Center for the Arts as well as the Advisory Board of Vinings Bank.
