Bill Callahan

William M. Callahan joined Keller Williams Realty on August 8, 2018, with 32 years of experience as an Independent Real Estate Broker/Owner. This move to the leading real estate franchise, in both the local market area and country wide, has offered Bill a tremendous opportunity to grow his business in a highly competitive 21st century real estate market.
As an independent Real Estate Broker, Bill subscribed to the theory that “quality is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution. It represents the wise choice of many alternatives”.

Bill’s real estate contributions and accomplishments include; former member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers, Director and Past President of the Greater Brockton Board of Realtors and recipient of its prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 1992. More recently, Bill served as a Director and President of the North Bristol Board of Realtors and was, again, the recipient of the prestigious "Realtor of the Year Award" in 2011 and in 2015.

Bill is also a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and has served on their Executive Committee and the Realtor Political Action Committee. His realtor membership includes the National Association of Realtors where he continues to be involved in the Realtor movement representing the newly formed Realtor Association of South Eastern Mass, as a Director.

Locally, Bill is a past Board member and Chairman of Catholic Charities South. He was active as a volunteer in youth-oriented programs that included the Old Colony YMCA, where he served on the Management Committee and the Strong Kids Campaign, a YMCA youth scholarship program. He is a past President of Bridgewater Girls Basketball. Bill also served on the Board of Trustees, and the Finance and Advancement committees at Fontbonne Academy.

Bill is a long time member of the Rotary Club of Brockton having served as a Director and Past President. He is currently member of the Metro South Chamber of Commerce. His service to the Town of Bridgewater includes the Olde Scotland Links Golf Commission, Board of Assessors, Town Council, Bridgewater Affordable Housing Trust and the Comprehensive Master Plan Committee. Bill is an active member of the Thorny Lea Golf Club in Brockton where he served as Membership Chair and Director for many years.
Bill (like his father and grandfather who preceded him in the Real Estate business for more than sixty (60) years) is dedicated to professional excellence, both in the conduct of his business and in his commitment to his community.
