Bill Chuchill

With the Faisal Halum Group, Bill Churchill has worked on over 340 transactions totaling over $500,000,000 in the past five years and thus has quietly become one of the most experienced agents in Dallas. In 2017, Bill recorded the highest MLS residential sale in all of Preston Hollow at $9,225,000 on 5020 Elm Hollow Drive.

The strengths Bill brings to transactions are his excellent qualitative analysis and his understanding of contracts, negotiations, short sales, property conditions, and inspection reports as well as acquiring repair bids and dealing with the city on complex zoning and flood plain issues.

Bill joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in January of 2006. A natural in the industry, Bill was a multi-million-dollar producer in his first year of residential real estate and was named an “Up and Comer” in D Magazine’s 2004 annual Realtor publication. Bill also had four years of commercial real estate experience before diving into residential real estate in 2003.

He is most familiar with neighborhoods where the Faisal Halum Group has a strong presence including Midway Hollow, Bluffview, Preston Hollow, Greenway Parks, Devonshire, Park Cities, Uptown/Turtle Creek, and Kessler Park but he also has experience in many other Dallas neighborhoods.

Raised in Dallas, Bill graduated from Cistercian Preparatory School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University and his MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. He currently resides in Midway Hollow in Dallas with his wife and his daughter. He helped found a crime watch in his neighborhood and he is also very active with the St. Monica School Dads’ Club having served as the Auction Gala Chair and President of the Dads’ Club.
