I'm Bill Corbett, a Wilmington-area native and full-time REALTOR® with Fathom Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Greater Wilmington and coastal North Carolina. My longtime interest in interior design gives me an additional perspective when preparing a home for sale. I can help identify which improvements may make a difference, what should be left alone, and how to present a property so buyers can see its potential. I'm also candid with my clients. If I think something isn't worth spending money on, I'll say so. If the market is telling us we need to adjust our strategy, we'll talk about it.
