He first moved to Harbor Springs in 1978 after spending 10 years as a residential and commercial loan officer with a national bank in Detroit. For 12 years, Bill owned and operated a successful property management firm that specialized in vacation rentals and a real estate brokerage that serviced northwest Michigan. He has been involved in the development and sales of many popular local condominium resort properties.
