Bill was outstanding throughout our home purchase. We were relocating from out of state with a lot of moving pieces, and he was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. He never made us feel like a question was too small, and he had a knack for anticipating issues before they became problems. The whole process felt like having a trusted advisor in our corner rather than just a transactional relationship. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Bill Gero deserves the highest rating for a real estate broker. We listed our farm with him and he took us through a successful closure in a very short period of time. He was conscientious and diligent during the entire process. He is extremely ethical. Bill was always available to help us through any issues and questions. We knew we could count on him.
Bill was also successful in helping us find the right new home. He supported a serious search and his work with other brokers is seamless. He was there every step of the way from start to finish. He is honest and reliable.
