Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to United Country with over 40 years of residential and commercial real estate sales, financing, construction, and land development experience.
As past President of MAF Developments Inc. He was responsible for the negotiation and purchasing, annexation, zoning, development and sales of over 7000 single family home sites in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. In addition, many of these communities included adjacent commercial, attached townhomes, club houses, aquatic centers and recreation facilities.
In conjunction with Bills 25 years with MAF D, he was also affiliated with Mid America, National City and PNC Banks reaching the title of Executive VP. During this time he was involved with the entire procedures and guidelines of Real Estate Financing.
Prior to his experience with MAF D and the affiliated banks, Bill was a Real Estate agent with Thorsen/Coldwell Banker Realtors in Illinois where he received numerous sales and listing awards. During this time interest rates climbed to 17%. Through Bills expansive knowledge of creative financing he was still able to facilitate many families in the purchase and sales of their homes during those difficult times.
Bill is a past member of; DuPage Board of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Graduate Realtors Institute, Urban Land Institute, Numerous Economic Development Boards and Local Chambers of Commerce.
