In an "exciting" (insane?) market and with only a very short window to purchase a house, Bill was incredible. He made himself available to us at all hours and worked to find us a home that fit every perimeter we needed. He has a skill for simplifying complicated jargon and making sure you know that you are in control, while being there to assist with whatever pops up. We experienced some small hiccups in our buying process (nothing to do with our end) and Bill never skipped a beat - he made sure to get us through every bump and he came up with creative solutions we didn't even know were within our options. Needless to say, we are very very happy in our new home! I highly recommend Bill and his entire group - friendly and dedicated, 5 stars!

We worked with Katie in April/May of 2022, where buying a house was more of a competition rather than an experience. With Katie, we definitely won the competition on our first try - and without much effort on our part- but we also were able to actually enjoy the process. She made sure we got the education we needed to make a strong offer, but she also connected us with the perfect team that helped us and guided us throughout the whole process. When I tell you that we got our first offer accepted (on the same day we submitted the offer), tells you how AMAZING she is! We were lucky to work with her and consider her as a friend now. She definitely looks out for you (you will be able to feel and see that) and will make sure that everything is fair and square. Definitely recommend Katie and her team! And thank you again Katie for helping us find our perfect home!
