I worked with Bill to find a new apartment in Cambridge, MA. As I was relocating from Texas, I didn't know the first thing about the area, only that I wanted to be close to work. Bill is very knowledgeable about the market and area. He put together a great tour considering my preferences and along the way, also pointed out places to shop, eat, and cool things to do. Bill was super professional, knowledgable, and most importantly patient. It took me a while to find the perfect home and Bill showed me all the homes that matched my criteria. Bill brings so much expertise and knowhow that made me comfortable buying a home that needed a lot of work. Because the house was not in the best shape, he was very effective in getting me a great deal so I could set aside money to fix it up. I have recommended Bill to all my friends, family, and co-workers since I bought my house and he has helped a number of them get their perfect homes, too!

What a great experience working with Bill. My family was able to find a beautiful home in a competitive market due to Bill's diligence and knowledge of the real estate market.

He was very attentive to my family's needs and always willing to attend open house with us to point out positives and negatives of the house.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a lot of details on what we needed to do before putting our house on the market. He was always available to answer any questions via text or call. As a first time seller or buyer, you want to work with an experienced realtor that can be available to answer your questions whenever you need while also being stress free throughout the transaction. I highly recommend Bill if you have no prior experience in selling or buying a house.

Very helpful real estate agent. Bill was our first person-in-contact when we arrived here in Boston for work, and he showed us around in town and we together visited a quite few nice places for rental.
