Bill Lawton

Bill Lawton has been a Realtor for over 20 years and has been a Top Producer during most of that time. Bill joined his mother Karen to form The Lawton Team in 1998, and in three short years, helped grow the team to Mega status. Bill joined Keller Williams in 2009, first as a Realtor, then a Team Leader (Market Center CEO), Broker-In-Charge, and now as the Business Development Coach. Bill has been featured in REALTOR® Magazine for his contributions to mobilizing the Real Estate Industry. Bill has been and continues to be heavily involved in the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), serving two terms as MLS Chair, Vice President, and President in 2013. Growing and developing Realtors is Bill’s passion and priority – coaching, training and mentoring both new and experienced agents at all levels to reach new goals. Bill has extensive experience in coaching and in technology implementation for Realtors and loves to share that knowledge and assist others in reaching new levels in their business. Bill has lived in the Upstate for over 30 years. When he is not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, helping his son’s Boy Scout Troop, volunteering at church, and helping with Warrior Tours
