Bill is a lifelong Orange County resident that specializes in residential real estate. His clients describe him as hardworking, caring and patient. Bill developed excellent customer service skills while working at AT&T for over 20 years. He managed small residential accounts and eventually large government accounts before taking a buyout to pursue his dream of working in real estate. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business management from Azusa Pacific University as well as certificates in other various fields of study. When not working Bill enjoys spending time with family. He has two sons, one a junior at Cypress High School and the other a Junior at Colorado State University. Together they enjoy fishing and camping in the Eastern Sierras and hiking local trails. Moving often takes place during stressful times, such as a job relocation, a death in the family or divorce; other times maybe upsizing or downsizing. Whatever the reason, Bill’s goal is to make your move as easy and stress free as possible, his greatest success comes from happy clients.
