Among many other things, I had to deal with two houses as part of my mother's probate estate. Bill was key in helping me get through what could have easily been an overwhelming situation. From cleanout, to winterization, to listing, showings, inspections, and contact with the probate/closing attorney, Bill worked side by side with me through it all. He had multiple local industry contacts to help with property preparation. In addition, he monitored the properties and stayed in regular contact with me until sale as I had to go home (live out of state). And the sales occurred during the holiday season. He was always available, energetic, hands-on and great to work with, but didn't push. I highly recommend him, especially if it seems like you'll never get from here to there.
