Working with Bill truly made our transition from out of State during the middle of the pandemic no less so much easier than we would have ever expected. My family and I were not able to visit prior to our move and Bill made sure everything was taken care of every step of the way, keeping us updated and informed at all times. He was always available for my many questions and responded in a timely manner. I do not believe that without Bill we would have had the amazing and easy experience we had. He is definitely the best realtor we have ever worked with and it was a blessing to have come across him when we did!!

Bill has helped our family buy or sell 4 houses in the past year! The effort he so graciously puts forth is like no other realtor I've ever dealt with. Bill is extremely detail oriented and goes above and beyond to do the very best for his clients. Not only is he a great realtor, he's an even better person......We now count Bill and his family among our best friends. Bill was very responsive and rationale. He was able to give us honest feedback on the listing price and what needed to be done to our home to sell for the best price. He even help complete the work which having 2 young children was a huge help for us. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Bill has represented us directly on two buy-side transactions and two on the sell side. In all these he has gone far above the level of service and professionalism I have previously experienced from the overwhelming majority of the agents I have dealt with over the years, so much so that I have sent other relatives and friends to him for their real estate needs. In all these cases the report back was the same - Bill provided the highest level of service any had previously experienced. I highly recommend Bill, and I do not give that recommendation lightly.

My experience with Bill Prebeck, as this
would be my 9th home and FINAL was special. He stuck with me for a year, called me after months of hit and miss and said, this is it,, everything you want. No falseness, no pretense, uncomplicated, LISTENS and aways accommodating. He has a good knowledge of home building as conversations revealed. I was in the remodeling business. We actually crawled into crawl spaces TOGETHER to do a look see. Showed up in work clothes. Said, well let's do it. WAY over and above anything I ever experienced. Not a showboater, just a doer. I suppose sincerity is as good a word as any. Yes he is absolutely professional and completely knowledgeable at his trade. I personally never felt any pressure to buy. i liked that. PS, As he said, this is it and it was. Great realtor.

There are not enough good things that can be said about having Bill as your realtor. I've worked with Bill both as a buyer, and as a seller.
He goes above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth as can be. He's knowledgeable, dedicated, honest, and he's become someone I'm proud to call my friend.
You can count yourself lucky if you are able to work with Bill. I know I have been.
