About Bill

Bill Roberts has over two decades of commercial real estate experience. Originally from Memphis, Bill relocated to western NC in 2012 and immediately put his commercial real estate skills to work in the area. In addition to property sales, he has handled leasing and management assignments for property owners and land for development. Also, Bill has represented numerous tenants in buying and leasing commercial properties. In particular, Bill enjoys working as an advisor to investors and tenants in determining the best site location and configuration for their businesses. He provides viable alternatives and information that allows his clients to make an educated decision in their own time.Bill, his wife, Cameron, and daughter, Willa, make their home in Montreat, and Bill continues to be very active in the local community. Bill served as board chair of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis, presently is a board member with Youth Villages of WNC, and sits on the Planning and Zoning Committee of the Town of Montreat.
Bill and his family enjoy the strong sense of community and friendship that Black Mountain and Montreat provide. Working with Greybeard allows Bill to continue to be active in the community where he lives and now works. When not working on commercial estate projects, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, hiking local trails, and working around his old Montreat home and yard.
