Bill attended Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications. Eventually he followed his father into a real estate career. It was a natural for Bill Jr. having grown up visiting his father in the onsite sales centers of several local developments. Throughout his professional career, Bill earned the respect of his peers.
