About Bill

Bill Stroupe was a lifelong resident of Gaston County NC where he bought, remodeled, and sold many homes—this has given him a strong understanding of the building trade and the real estate business.

Bill was a thirty-year employee of Daimler Trucks North America and after retiring, he and his wife, Angel, transformed her commercial building, already a café and consignment shop, into a wedding and entertainment venue.

Ultimately, the couple decided to investigate their dreams of living at the beach. After exploring communities from Georgia to NC they found, purchased, and remodeled their forever home in Ocean Isle Beach. There they enjoy boating, paddle boarding, and kayaking as well as the great local restaurants in the area and really everything the coastal community has to offer.

Bill dreamed for many years of becoming a real estate agent and with Angel’s encouragement and the application of his extensive industry knowledge, he has found his place on the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage team.
