Bill, a California native, spent years in the US Navy stationed in Coronado and earned his degree from UC San Diego. For over 25 years, he has enjoyed the beauty of the Coachella Valley as a visitor and later, a local homeowner. Transitioning from a successful 20+ year career in Sales and Marketing, Bill found his calling in Real Estate. With more than a decade of personal real estate experience, Bill has invested in real estate, overseen property renovations, managed home construction projects, and has invested in vacation homes.
