For the past 20 years I've assisted others in financing and purchasing residential, commercial and investment real estate around the country. I'd love to put this experience to work in assisting you with your real estate needs in the Manatee and Sarasota Florida areas.

In addition to my Florida Real Estate license, I remain certified with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System), hold a CLBB (Certified Lender Business Banker) designation with the American Bankers Association and maintain my Florida notary.

I live in Palmetto with my wife and our three children and attend the Northwest Church of Christ. Our family enjoys trips to Disney World and the beach.

My favorite part about the financing and real estate business is the creative problem solving. I often speak with individuals who are in, what appears to be, a no-win situation and there's such a rush that comes from creatively coming up with a way to overcome the issues they face. It provides energy and passion to keep on helping others.

My business philosophy is best summed by this Walt Disney quote:
