My husband and I were so impressed by Bill White and his team. The initial visit was very professional, giving an overview of what we could expect. Jeni came to the house and gave us great suggestions on how to stage our home. Mary also, had great ideas on how to show our house online. The photos inside and outside, along with using a drone, helped our home look its best on the listing brochures and online. The weekend our house went on the market we had 40 families tour during a two-hour open house, with a few showings the day after. Multiple offers and sold over our listing price.
Bill, Mary, and Jeni were prompt, so helpful, knew the market and how to get most for our house. Thanks, and we highly recommend Bill White and his team.

Bill and Mary White did an outstanding job in the process of selling our home. We were especially impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to “think outside of the box” to increase the exposure our house received.

When things were slow in the Fall, they encouraged us to do some additional touch up painting and modernize fixtures so that the home would appeal to a wider audience. They also recommended “staging” the house a little differently which brought great results.

It’s important to note that Bill and Mary are very well connected in the Naperville area which is a bonus. In the last 35 years my wife and I have bought and sold 6 primary residences and have had multiple rental properties. Bill and Mary White are the most professional and results oriented team we’ve dealt with.

Bill is a fantastic realtor agent who really considers your needs in your daily life as you move into your new lovely home.
