Bill, and his wife of over 50 years, Rebecca raised their children in Talbot County and are very involved within the community. Bill has been active in many organizations including the Easton Elks, St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Master Gardening Program, Hog Neck Men's Golf Association, along with many others. He is an active golfer, boater and fisherman, and avid collector of decoys and folk art.
