A Naples native for 56 years, Bill is a proud Naples High School and Edison State College graduate. Bill has an extensive background in many fields including 25 years of buying and selling Naples real estate, Roofing, Mortgage Sales, as well training as a Paramedic.

In his role as President and CEO of a local well known roofing firm, Bill established the company as an indispensable home building resource in Naples. As a licensed Realtor for nearly 15 years, Bill has extensive knowledge of the Real Estate and mortgage industry. In conjunction with his real estate career, he plays an essential role in the day-to-day sales and operations of Gulf Coast Mortgage of Naples, Inc. Navigating the ever changing real estate and mortgage industry provides Bill with a wealth of knowledge to educate his real estate clients, a valuable tool in Naples’ luxury market. A successful businessman with an entrepreneurial spirit, Bill has an incredible amount of local knowledge to share with clients old and new.

In his spare time, Bill is involved in the Rotary’s Learn to Earn mentorship program which helps young people successfully prepare for trade school or college and succeed in life. On a personal level, Bill has many hobbies including gardening, horticulture, hunting, restoring vintage vehicles, and many outdoor pursuits.
