About Billy
The SoCal Lifestyle got us too! I mean what’s not to love here.
We are San Diego transplants who fell in love with the lifestyle this city offers. It wasn’t a hard decision in becoming a Realtor because we knew we wanted to be in the business of making dreams come true. Living here is a dream come true!
But… before you can begin enjoying life in So Cal, you need to know what kind of lifestyle you want and that’s where we come in.
You are probably thinking…
Where are the good schools?
How far is the beach?
What’s the commute like?
Will I like it here in 5 years?
What are closing costs?

Meet Billy
Living in San Diego is a lifestyle choice. People come here for the weather, culture and…beer (or at least I did).
I have fully embraced the San Diego Craft Beer Culture. I love trying new beers and hanging out with our friends and clients. My wife, Yesenia who is also my business partner, and I love entertaining. We also love “date night”! When you are constantly helping others create their own lifestyles, it’s easy to forget to enjoy your own. I cannot tell you how much I look forward to date night. I actually get cranky if we skip it. If you can’t tell, my wife Yesenia is my better half and the reason I’m where I’m at today. We make a great team!
Meet Yesenia
I was born and raised in Mexico. I am the 5th child of 10 kids! Growing up, I was truly the "invisible kid"(this taught me a valuable lesson later in life).
When I was 18, my mother moved to San Diego with my younger siblings in hopes for a better lifestyle for all of us. Once I got here, my mom said she didn't want me going back. Quite frankly, I didn’t want to either so I stayed.
I didn't speak a word of English, but was motivated to learn the American way. My first job was as a server in a restaurant so I understood the value of customer service. I still use everything I learned back then today.
What’s interesting about my story as I look back is the importance of the skills I learned while working that restaurant job.
1.)Customer Service is king- How you make someone feel is everything!
2.)Effective Communication- I listen carefully to my client’s needs and wants.
3.)Work Hard- Working those long hours in the restaurant industry taught me the value of hard work and having good work ethic. It was not fun, but it’s those experience that led me to where I am today.
Let us help you create the lifestyle you deserve!
